Payment and Cancellation Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or at the beginning of a session or class.  

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please call 24 hours in advance at 605.890.1694  

No shows, or late cancellations may be subject to forfeiture of session and payment or credit.  

If, for any reason, we at White Hawk Reiki must cancel your scheduled appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule or give a full refund.

Confidentiality and Consent

All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone without your consent.

You give permission for White Hawk Reiki to use any testimonials or feedback provided by you for marketing purposes.

Session Terms 

Sessions and classes are described within Services, unless otherwise agreed upon.

The Reiki practitioner will use their best efforts to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the session.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your health and medical history before each session.

Liability and Indemnification

White Hawk Reiki is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from the use of Reiki sessions or classes.

You release and hold harmless White Hawk Reiki, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from any cause whatsoever. 

Refunds and Disputes

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for sessions once they have been completed.

Any disputes or issues will be resolved through polite communication and negotiation.

Intellectual Property 

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, are owned by White Hawk Reiki.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from this website without written permission from White Hawk Reiki.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Dakota and any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
